Frequently Asked Questions
How do you determine what images to use for my creative?
It depends on your needs and the scope of our project. If I’m working on a larger campaign beyond a single creative item, I typically pull imagery from your website. However, I am here to accommodate your preferences—if you have specific images you'd like me to use, I’m happy to incorporate them.
What if my website doesn’t reflect my current inventory?
For promotional events, I may still pull images from brands you carry, as long as they aren’t wholesale container-only items. Even if a particular item isn’t in stock, it should still be something you can order. The goal is to showcase the type of inventory available rather than specific pieces, as floor and warehouse inventory can sell quickly. I typically include a disclaimer in all ads and posts to reflect this.
Can you use photos of inventory straight from my showroom floor?
Absolutely! As long as the lighting is good and there are no legible price tags in the images. Clean, well-lit photos work best for marketing purposes.
Why do you suggest not including prices in photos and ads?
It depends on the type of advertising. For doorbusters and coordinated media campaigns, pricing may be necessary. However, for longer-term promotional events or daily sale ads, I recommend focusing on urgency rather than specific prices. This prevents price wars with competitors before customers even visit your store and allows flexibility in pricing throughout the event.
Which is better: email blasts or daily social media posts?
Both! Email and social media are low-cost, effective ways to promote your products, services, and special events. A well-rounded strategy incorporates both for maximum reach.
Do you send out the emails for me?
Not at this time. However, I can create a professionally designed email in PDF format that you can easily upload to Constant Contact or another email provider. The PDF will be formatted as if you designed it yourself. All you need to do is copy the first line into your subject line and send it out.
Do you handle on-site photography and videography?
At this time, I only offer on-site photography and videography for clients in surrounding areas.
What are your rates?
Each project is unique, so pricing depends on the scope of work. Reduced rates are available for promotion companies and long term projects. Please feel free to contact me for a custom estimate. Discounts are available for long term projects and promotion companies. In general, I strive to keep my fees in line with $35.00 - $60.00 per hour, which may include: Pre-production time Initial setup Content creation Media scheduling Ad placements
Can you create the posts while I handle the boosting?
Absolutely! However, depending on your needs and skills, it's not always recommended. I don’t simply boost ads—I take a strategic approach. As a Meta Certified Associate, I curate a custom audience tailored specifically to your business. I fine-tune ad placement down to the smallest details to maximize your reach, engagement, and results.
I only have a Facebook account. Do I need Instagram for my ads to run there?
While having an Instagram account connected to your Facebook page is helpful for daily posts, it’s not required for advertising. Unless otherwise specified, I typically run your Facebook ads across multiple Meta platforms, including: ✔ Facebook ✔ Messenger ✔ Instagram ✔ Meta Audience Network (for certain campaign objectives)
What is Meta Audience Network?
Meta Audience Network extends your Facebook ad campaigns to reach users on mobile apps that partner with Meta. 📊 In a Meta ad study, conversion rates were 8x higher among people who saw ads across Facebook, Instagram, and Audience Network, compared to those who only saw them on Facebook. Meta Audience Network ads use the same targeting, auction, delivery, and measurement systems as Facebook ads. 🔹 Currently available for these campaign objectives: Awareness (video only) Traffic Engagement (video only) App Promotion Leads Sales
